1. How to pay

For the WhatsApp Business Setup Service, you first book a free intro call on the service page. If you'd like to go ahead afterwards, we agree the scope on the call and email you an invoice. You can pay in one of two ways:

Booking a free intro call does not by itself take payment, create an order, or reserve a delivery date. Your order is confirmed once PayFast confirms your payment, or once your EFT reflects in our account.

An approved refund is paid back through the original payment method where possible, and recorded with the payment provider's or bank's reference; changing a local status alone does not execute a refund.

2. WhatsApp Business Setup Service

The offer is R1,950 once off for one business and one telephone number. It includes a catalogue of up to 10 products using suitable customer-supplied information and images, 10 ready-to-use message responses saved as quick replies, one greeting message, and one away message, plus setup of WhatsApp's built-in AI responses where Meta has made the feature available on the customer's account. Its completion target is five business days after cleared payment and receipt of all prerequisites.

If AI responses are not available on the customer's account, this does not by itself entitle the customer to a partial refund, because the feature is offered as a bonus and its availability is controlled by Meta.

Larger catalogues and original artwork, photography, extensive retouching, or bespoke product-image production require a separate written quotation accepted before that extra work begins.

Before work begins, a customer may request cancellation and a full refund. After work begins, NelCapeTown will assess the work already performed, any customer-approved non-recoverable third-party cost, the reason for cancellation, and applicable consumer rights, and will explain the proposed resolution in writing.

If NelCapeTown cannot deliver the confirmed in-scope service for reasons within its control, it will offer an appropriate remedy, which may be correction, rescheduling, partial refund, or full refund depending on the work delivered and applicable law.

The five-business-day target starts only after cleared payment and receipt of the required access, information, assets, confirmations, and session availability. A customer-caused delay moves the target accordingly and is not by itself a service failure.

3. Semantic Scribe — coming soon

Semantic Scribe is not currently available to purchase or subscribe to. No advance payment is requested or accepted. Subscription pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be published before subscriptions open. No payment will be taken until the customer can start using the software. An enquiry creates no payment obligation. Any previously accepted agreement remains governed by its accepted terms and applicable consumer rights.

4. Bespoke AI Services & Automation

There is no public checkout or fixed price. Any deposit, cancellation, milestone, or refund terms will be stated in the written quotation and must be accepted before paid work begins.

5. How to request help or a refund

Email nel@nelcapetown.com with the order reference and a concise description of the request. Do not send passwords, card details, PINs, authentication codes, or sensitive credentials.

NelCapeTown will acknowledge the request and explain any information needed to assess it. Processing times depend on the payment method and provider after a refund has been approved and initiated.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
